No painting experience necessary. Our workshops are designed to be approachable for beginners while still giving guests room to make their paintings their own.

Your event can inspire the art itself. I’ll create an original painting specifically for your celebration, drawing from your florals, color palette, mood board or other meaningful details.

Includes everything in the Signature Painting Experience, plus:

  • Custom color palette inspired by your celebration
  • Florals, imagery or meaningful details incorporated into the artwork
  • Painting design adapted to your group size and experience level
  • Pre-event design consultation to bring your vision together

Turning the setting into the subject

For Canvas + Classics, I partnered with a local classic car club to create an original painting of a vintage truck from their collection, then developed it into a guided, step-by-step workshop designed for all skill levels.

Creating a custom workshop is about more than designing the finished painting. I paint the project myself beforehand, working through the composition, color palette and techniques to consider how each step will translate when I’m teaching it to a group. The goal is a project that feels distinctive to the event, but still relaxed and approachable when it’s time to pick up a brush.

That preparation also gives me a chance to thoughtfully shape the experience—where a little more guidance may be helpful, where there’s room to play, and how to keep the workshop flowing naturally without feeling rushed or overly structured.

For Canvas + Classics, the workshop took place right in the showroom lounge, where we painted together with the vintage truck that inspired the artwork beside us.
